Character Development:

  • Independence: Kids can express their creativity through recipe development and food presentation. They can get creative with their family when selecting recipes and ingredients. This could be something as simple as deciding what ingredients to add into a salad, or decorating a cupcake.
  • Creativity: We all want our children to learn to do things for themselves. A great way to foster independence in children is by allowing them to participate in the functions/work of the home, such as cooking and baking. Being able to do what adults do gives children the independence they crave.
