All yoga programs for young children include learning yoga poses (asana) and the names of poses, breathing techniques (pranayama), mudras (“yoga for the hands”) and mantras (positive affirmations).
This program includes mindfulness practice and relaxation, which supports self regulation and helps to relieve anxiety.

Age Group: 2.5 – 6 years old
Duration: Every Tuesday at 11:00am EST for 20 minutes.
Class Requirement: Minimum of 3 children must be enrolled, otherwise class may be rescheduled.
