Our team of instructors are committed to providing an engaging and welcoming experience for everyone, no matter their level.

Fridays

4-4:30pm Mini Parkour JK

4:30-5:30pm Group 1 SK - Gr. 3

5:30-6:30pm Group 2 Gr. 3 - 6

7 Week Session: Jan 20 - Mar. 10, 2023 (No classes Feb. 17)

5 Week Session: Mar. 31 - May 12, 2023 (No classes April 7)

6 Week Session: May 19 - June 30, 2023 (No classes June 9)

*Walk-in’s will be accepted if there is space available. Maximum class size is 10 students. Singing up prior to arrival reserves your spot.


Character Development: This program helps build the following traits

  • Physicality: Become more agile, diverse and expand the way you move your body, building strength and stamina.
  • Courage: Run, vault, leap and try new ways of movement you may not have explored before.
