Who are you as an organization?
Inclusive, high quality and community focused performing arts centre in Earlscourt! Year long programs September to June in Dance, Musical Theatre, Parkour and Film & TV. Classes for all ages and levels, from tot to Adult. March Break Camps, PD Day Camps and Unique Artistic Summer Camps July & August for ages 2+ with leadership options age 12+. Come explore acrobatics, all forms of dance, musical theatre, fine arts, film & TV, parkour, circus, YouTube and Teen Camps. All camps include group games, theme days, pizza parties, park and splash pad time (weather permitting). All programs are led by adult industry professionals who are CPR and First Aid trained, with our teen volunteers leaders.
What do you do differently or uniquely well?
"We are a family oriented studio, providing a safe, inclusive and positive space for our students. High quality programming led by professionals in their fields, a brand new facility with new equipment and a bright positive feel and a great waiting lounge with free wifi and coffee.
All of our programming focuses on strengthening mental health with growth mindset language, monthly mental health themes with colouring sheets and activities, and regular check in's with staff and students.
We offer classes for all ages, from caregiver and tot, all the way to a great Adult student body. It truly is a space for all Generations.We also offer a unique and original Teen Leadership program, preparing young artists to lead in their community. "
Who are your staff and counsellors?
"Generations is co-run and owned by Lee-Anne Galloway and Rebecca Mastoras, two industry professional moms, who have run large non-for-profit programs in the past. With their extensive knowledge and experience, their students follow them wherever they go!
The team is diverse and inclusive, and all instructors are adults with many years of experience and practice not only in their disciplines, but in working with children. We offer volunteer positions to up and coming teen leaders in our community as a great teacher support. "
What do families need to know about registration?
"Generations accepts registration for their year long programs until the end of March, 2023.
Adult and Caregiver & Tot classes run in regular 6 & 7 week sessions, and you may join in any time.
March Break, PD Day Camp and Summer Camp registration opens in January 2023.
We offer full refunds 1 month before camps begin. Otherwise, a credit will be issued towards future camps and programming. In case of family emergencies, we encourage parents to reach out directly. "
PRE-SCREENING. Each family should self assess prior to arrival at the studio each day. Those who fail the screening are reminded to notify the studio and to stay home. Please refer to this at home COVID screener for guidance. CLASS CAPACITY. We offer small class sizes to ensure our students safety at all times and continue to encourage physical distancing when possible. MANDATORY REGISTRATION. All students must be registered and paid in advance. We will not be accepting walk-ins. TRIAL PASSESYou can book a trial pass for any class you like. Trial classes must be booked and reserved in advance. No walk-ins allowed.FACE MASKS. Aligned with the Government of Ontario, mask wearing policies are no longer in effect at this time. We do encourage all clients to follow the same precautions and safety measures they take at work or out in the general public and will respect all those who wish to be either masked or unmasked moving forward. AIR VENTILATION. We have a brand new HVAC system in our facility to ensure constant air flow in the studios and lobby. FREQUENT DISINFECTING. The studios and lobby will be disinfected with hospital grade and government approved disinfectants, that are also safe for the environment and your health. This includes all touch surfaces and equipment used.

Lee-Anne Galloway & Rebecca Mastoras, Directors and Owners
Lee-Anne and Rebecca are seasoned teachers, creators and program directors with over 50 years combined experience! With a shared vision for professional arts education combined with engaging and empowering methods, the idea for Generations Performing Arts Centre was born!
At generations our mission is to provide quality, inclusive arts training that is accessible to everybody and every body!
We are committed to fostering a true love of the performing arts for all ages and identities with a strong mental health focus.
Why generations? We come from generations of inspiring entrepreneurs in the performing arts and life coaching worlds.
Both Rebecca’s Grandmother and Mother owned and directed successful dance studios in England and British Columbia. Lee-Anne’s family owned and operated a successful dealership in Ontario, and her Mother Lois was a pioneer in the life coaching field. Rebecca and Lee-Anne are passionate about using their years of experience to follow in their footsteps.
Generations is an innovative vision to honour their legacy with a centre that marries professional level training with positive mental skills. Community, family and connection are the heart of our values.
