In the past 2 years, COVID has affected every aspect of our lives. As the government and health officials are lifting restrictions, we believe it is possible to have a safe teaching and learning experience in our in-person classes.
We are aware that other aspects, such as social and mental health are also important and we are following the guidelines that the federal, provincial, and municipal governments have set. Below are the steps that ensure the safety of our staff and students.
1. Daily Screening
Every day, staff, and students will be required to fill out the screening forms created by the Ontario government for the education industry.
Mask are required for staff and students and will be providing masks for students who do not have them.
3. Social Distancing
We will limit class sizes to 8 students.
Cleaning will be provided by the school and regular cleaning using disinfecting wipes or spray will be used. Hand sanitizers will be available and will be mandatory to use.
5. Virtual Classes
In addition to in-class learning, we do have virtual learning. In some cases, such as heat days or other health warnings, virtual classes will be in place to supplement the classroom with needed.
