Serious about robotics? Bot Camp runs a variety of official VEX IQ teams that compete in a full-year competitive robotics program. Open Team members meet 3 times a week for a total of 6 hours a week, and receive mentorship from our award-winning competitive roboticist instructors. Students will work in teams of 4 to design, build, program, and pilot robots to enter 2 local VEX IQ tournaments in an attempt to qualify for the VEX Robotics World Championships. Cost includes all tuition, robotics parts, year-round laboratory use, and registration fees for 2 local tournaments.


Character Development: This program helps build the following traits

  • Resilience: Robotics cultivates resilience by fostering problem-solving skills, perseverance through challenges, and adaptability to failure. Participants learn to iterate designs, overcome setbacks, and collaborate, building the resilience needed for lifelong learning and innovation.
  • Creativity: Robotics ignites creativity by encouraging imaginative problem-solving and innovative design, inspiring students to explore new ideas and push boundaries in robotics technology.
