We have March break and summer camps, after-school and weekend programs. We offer physical literacy programs “aka” fitness systems for kids. Active and energetic kids will explore movement through a variety of fun and safe activities. Kids will develop the ABC’s of movement, positive behaviours/social interaction & healthy habits.
We have daily and weekly March break camps available. First-time attendance is FREE! Also included is a t-shirt, weekly sticker & certificate. Handouts on healthy habits are made available to families.
Note: special needs programs are offered at the Oakville location. Included in the cost is access passes to the gym before or after each session.
