Camp Challenge Middle School "Basic" and "Advanced" Leadership Development Programs (LDP)*: During the two-week sessions, participants will learn invaluable life skills while taking part in group lessons, recreation activities, and team challenges promoting development of self-confidence, accountability, discipline, respect, and other traits that set the foundations of success.
Providing leadership instruction and opportunities that build a solid foundation for your camper’s future, the middle school levels of LDP are ideal for students beginning to explore their leadership potential. Additionally, these courses help prepare the middle school student for high school matriculation as well as provide a general foundation for the more advanced leadership training found in the high school LET levels.
All Camp Challenge programs present formal leadership training through classroom instruction, community service, hands-on experiential learning opportunities, and off-site outdoor adventures.
*Successful completion of the LDP Basic Course is required before a student can take the LDP Advanced CourseRequest information
