Kelly Reynolds and Campbell MacGillivray, Camp Director
Thank you for your interest in YMCA Camp Queen Elizabeth and YMCA Camp Henry. We're so excited that you're thinking of joining us next summer. At our YMCA camps we believe in creating a welcoming environment where every camper feels at home. Central to our program philosophy is the belief that living in a group in an outdoor community creates an environment that allows our campers to develop the four core values: Respect, Responsibility, Caring and Honesty. Through a wide range of activities, we encourage our campers to challenge themselves and develop friendships that will last a lifetime.
Meet our Camp Directors
Kelly Reynolds, Camp Director of YMCA Camp Henry
A long time camper, Kelly started attending YMCA camps when she was 10 year old and was quickly hooked on overnight camp! She has an extensive background in YMCA overnight camping, working in the industry for over a decade. Before working for YMCA Camp Henry she has worked as the Assistant Director with YMCA Camp Queen Elizabeth – one of only 2 camps other than Camp Henry lucky enough to be located in a Canadian National Park. Kelly has also worked at the YMCA Cedar Glen Outdoor Centre and YMCA Camp Wanakita in various positions. Kelly completed her Bachelors of History at Queen’s University and her Bachelor of Education at Brock University. In the winter seasons she loves to get out teaching skiing lessons as much as possible. Kelly has always considered camp a home away from home and she is already excited to move back to the point for Camp Henry’s second year!
