Welcome to Sayu Healthy Living's Kids Summer Day Camp!

I am thrilled to present our summer day camp for kids! We are dedicated to inspiring children to grow into healthy, happy little humans.  Let's get them off of their iPads and outside enjoying nature, staying active, socializing, and eating well.  We're teaching them how to prepare healthy delicious meals, how to stay fit, and how to cope with stress through fun games and activities so they can adopt a healthy lifestyle. When these skills are engrained early, they help shape a child's development and prevent the onset of physical and mental health problems in the future.

Being a staff of psychotherapists, psychologists, nutritionists, and fitness professionals, we have developed a well-rounded, quality program that helps children build a wide range of skills. Our games and workshops are designed to boost self-confidence, assertiveness, leadership, problem solving, and conflict resolution.  We not only aim to keep children active during the summertime, but also eating nutritious meals and learning life-long skills...while having FUN!

Sayu has a clean, spacious facility where children can prepare (and enjoy) their breakfasts and lunches as a group. We are located a short walk away from beautiful Tom Riley Park where kids will spend much of their time outside.   Children also get to go on several field trips to the Montgomery Farmer's Market, Memorial Pool and Health Club, mini-golfing, movies, and indoor playgrounds.

We're looking forward to welcoming you and your youngsters at our camp!
