RELATED TOPICS Types of Camps
    Is this helpfull?
Traditional camps offer a wide range of sports, recreational, creative and social activities. From games, canoeing, swimming and hiking to arts, crafts, music and campfires, opportunities abound. Many residential camps and some day camps fall into this category.

Specialty camps are geared to specific activities. These camps focus on soccer, musical theatre, debating, horseback riding, computers?or just about any other interest your child might have. They usually aim to enhance a particular skill set or deepen knowledge of a particular interest. They may also include traditional camp activities, such as swimming, in their program. Many day camps as well as some residential camps fall within this category.
