Can I drop by for a visit while my child is at camp?

    Is this helpfull?
This comes up more at residential camps than day camps, where parents see their children before and after the daily sessions. Generally, residential camps discourage visits from family and friends or simply don't allow visitors if campers are staying two weeks or less. Beyond triggering or renewing feelings of homesickness, visits are disruptive to camp routines and the scheduled program.

If sessions go longer than two weeks, many camps have a designated visiting day.
